Kosher Resorts & Luxury Hotels in The Dead Sea, Eilat, and Southern Israel

Beresheet

Beresheet, Mitzpe Ramon

The Beresheet Hotel has become a destination resort when visiting Israel. Located in the heart of the southern part of Israel the Ramon Crater, the hotel blends in with nature, making for a unique experience unlike any other hotel. Beresheet is another one of the Isrotel Exclusive Collection hotels, the but Beresheet is unique.

The main hotel pool is an infinity pool on the edge of the Ramon Crater and most rooms at the hotel have their own private pools as well.

The reason to travel so far south to this resort is the beauty of the Ramon Crater, where you can hike, rent ATV’s or just enjoy star gazing into the night. If you don’t feel like leaving, you can enjoy the “Carmel Spa” treatments and the local restaurant in the hotel.

The Rosemarine Restaurant offers a breakfast and dinner menu; a fine dining experience with an amazing view of the crater and the desert.

One of the nice things about the restaurant is that instead of waiting in line at the buffet, you can order from the menu and the chef will have your dinner delivered to your table.

Milos, Dead Sea

This Greek-inspired resort will transport you to Greece without ever leaving Israel. The Dead Sea hotel features Greek styled rooms and is located within walking distance from the sea. The spa treatments are one of the best offered at the Dead Sea beach hotels.

The hotel restaurant offers breakfast and dinner, and there is also a poolside restaurant where you can enjoy a light lunch. You can sip on a drink in the shade of an ancient tree beside an authentic taverna built from Greek stone, imported directly from the Salonika mountains too.

West Hotel

West All Suite Hotels, Ashdod

The West Hotel in Ashdod is the nicest hotel in the city of Ashdod. It can be found on Lido Beach, just across from the ocean and the Boardwalk, on which you can walk down to enjoy the beauty of this port city. The hotel is an all suite hotel, ideal for larger families, and more affordable than staying in the Merkaz Tel Aviv or Herzliya. You can enjoy a covered pool, a wet or dry sauna, or if the kids are bored, a kids lounge!

The hotel has a new greek inspired restaurant called “Salon Yivani” that is a party every night for those who love ouzo and grilled meats.

West is also located nearby the best fish restaurant in Israel and one of the top 50 restaurants in the Middle East, “Pescado.”

Royal Beach

Isrotel Royal Beach, Eilat

Another Isrotel Exclusive Hotel, The Royal Beach Hotel is one of the best luxury hotels in Eilat. The Royal Beach is the flagship hotel that began the Exclusive hotel collection around Israel.

The hotel is located on the north shore, right on the promenade, and has a private beach on the shores of the Red Sea. It is a very large hotel with 364 rooms, 3 different pools, the Carmel Spa facility with 70 different spa treatments and much more.

As for the cuisine, you have the hotel’s main restaurant, the Vista restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner buffets every day. If you are looking for a special dinner, you can go down to the acclaimed Ranch house restaurant located on the promenade. Known as one of Israel’s best steakhouses, you can enjoy a variety of grilled meats by weight, and different salads and side dishes that are all cooked to perfection! One of my favorite restaurants in Israel period!

Herod’s Vitalis

Herods Vitalis, Eilat

Herods Vitalis is the best of the Herods hotel series which is part of the Fattal chain of Hotels. The Vitalis is a hotel for ages 18 and older and is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a romantic and luxurious vacation The hotel is connected to the main Herods hotel but is completely run as its own property.

The hotel can be found on the tip of the north shore and has a private beach on the Red Sea. It is the last hotel on the promenade, far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists flocking the busy promenade, giving the hotel a private feel.

The Vitalis has one of the nicest and largest spas in the southern city, a heated pool that functions all year long, and a quiet and relaxing environment with no children on the premises.

Regarding the food, you can enjoy a breakfast with made-to-order dishes and a French-inspired menu for dinner prepared a la carte.
