A new kosher French Bistro has opened it’s doors in the heart of Tel Aviv: Resto. Resto, according to the owners (who are olim chadashim), are attempting to bring an authentic French feel to the restaurant without any Israeli influences.
Resto prides itself by offering real french charcuterie, goose liver rillette, beef tartare and duck terrine. For the entrees you will find dishes like Beef Bourginion and Parisian Cocette, which is a cocette filled with beef cubes and homemade sausage in a red wine reduction. The desserts also represent the classics from any French bakery like tart tatin and eclairs.
If you are looking to find it off the street, look for the large Eiffel Tower with the menu connected to it, located at the 
entrance to the restaurant.
