While it is typically impossible to find kosher restaurants or eateries open for Passover, here are a few that I’ve found that will be open this year on Chol Hamoed (intermediary days of Passover):</p><p>Note: Israel is an interesting place on Pesach since many will eat Kitniyot (maize, rice, peas, lentils, and beans). Below, “Non-Kitniyot” describes a restaurant not serving Kitniyot on Passover, and “Kitniyot” describes a restaurant that does serve Kitniyot.
