Kingston Ave. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn is getting its own Schnitzel “sandwich” shop in ‘Prime Sandwich’, which is set to open directly before or after the Jewish holidays (2011). According to Shamis.com, the restaurant will be under the Hashgacha of the Beis Din of Crown Heights (CHK).

Miami Kosher has reinstated both Prime Sushi locations’ kashrut hashgacha as the owners have agreed to place new management of the restaurants who will be more responsive and attentive to kosher concerns of Miami Kosher supervision. We had recently reported that the restaurants lost their hashgacha due to violations in Miami Kosher’s policies.

UPDATE: Kashrut is Reinstated Due to violations of Kosher Miami policies, both Prime Sushi located at 18250 Collins Avenue and Prime Sushi located at 726 Arthur Godfrey Road are no longer under Kosher Miami supervision and certification.
