Another new addition to the expanding Machneh Yehuda Market kosher dining scene is a Mehadrin Italian eatery: Hasandak.
For such a small space, Hasandak can fit quite a large crowd for some Italian cuisine. What makes Hasandak special, is that it’s one of the only Mehadrin options in the entire shuk. The restaurant is open all day and offers an Italian style breakfast, and for the rest of the day, you can find dishes like calzones, pizzas fresh pasta and fresh salads. When the sun comes down out comes the cocktail menu and then the party really starts in the shuk!
