[UPDATED] Kosher Cafe Opens near Brooklyn’s Courthouses Downtown

UPDATE: Lait Cafe Closed in September 2016.

Replacing “La Shuk” that was only open for about a year, Lait Cafe opened last week to serve the kosher community in the downtown Brooklyn area near the Kings County Courthouse. Outside of the Kosher Court inside 16 Court St., this is the only walkable kosher option to the Brooklyn courthouse.

Lait Cafe is a Cholov Yisroel cafe serving salads, wraps, sandwiches, pizza, and large hot and cold coffee menu. Click here for a full menu.

Kosher supervision is under the OK.

Lait Cafe is open Monday – Thursday6am  –  7pm, Friday -6am – 2 hours before sunset. Sunday hours may vary. Call to see if they’ll be open 718-408-6360.
