Once again, kosher options are available at the US OPEN grounds in Flushing, NY (better known to most people as northern Queens). This year, however, there is a new glatt kosher provider – the brand new NY Brat Factory, newly open on the UWS.
Thanks to a few Twitter friends, we’ve received the menu at the kosher stand featuring sausages, wraps, and other fleishig goodies, including a few pareve options like baked pretzels and potato knishes.
