Local Cleveland kosher caterer, Chef Dave’s Catering, is taking over the old John Q’s restaurant in the heart of downtown Cleveland to serve the attendees of the RNC (Republican National Convention).
Menu items available include:
- Southern Fried Chicken
- Chicken Pizzaola
- Texas Smoked Brisket
- Chicken Marsala
- Korean Boneless Ribs
- Braised Beef with Wild Mushrooms

For those with access to a car or are willing to taxi further out of downtown, there are numerous kosher options on Cedar Rd. in Cleveland Heights and a new kosher restaurant at Case Western’s Hillel building: Kantina.
