Happy-Fish-Mamilla-Jerusalem-kosher-restaurantA new fish restaurant opened up this past week in the heart of the Mamilla Mall near the Old City in Jerusalem: Happy Fish. The restaurant’s menu will focus mainly on fish dishes with a Mediterranean flare.

Under the management of the Mamilla Hotel, the restaurant has a rustic atmosphere and a nice bar as well.

    Whoever the owner is should’ve checked to see what kosher supervision was being used by the Waldrof-Astoria before accepting a lesser standard. The Waldorf-Astoria upgraded from regular to Rabbanut MeHadrin as they learned the hard way that no one was eating in their dining room. From an affluent friend that stays there, he orders in catering from outside as the kashrut standards are not good enough for his many clients.
