Zak the Baker in Miami is now Cholov Yisroel

Already one of Miami’s kosher hot spots since opening only a year ago, Zak the Baker (aka “ZTB Cafe”) was previously inaccessible to the Cholov Yisroel keeping population in that many of their pastries and sandwiches included non-CY dairy. Well, that has all changed.

Zak the Baker had previously been certified by Kosher Dairy Miami, but has now converted to be Cholov Yisroel only, and is now under the certification of Kosher Miami.

Zak the Baker breads are Pareve and Pas Yisroel, and the cafe is now Cholov Yisroel.
