Riverdale’s Kosher eatery options are growing (although they are pretty much covered in my book, since they have a Carlos and Gabby’s!) with the Pizza Block, the latest addition!
Pizza Block is home to “Riverdale’s only deluxe Kosher salad bar,” in addition to pizza (of course) and frozen yogurt. This will be exciting news for the students at SAR High School, which is conveniently located across the street from Pizza Block!
Pizza Block is under the kashrut supervision of the Va’ad of Riverdale.

It’s not really “growing” – it has replaced Judean Hills, which had been a staple in the community for years. ;)
