2 New Kosher Restaurants in the MidWest: Chicago & Madison, WI

Milts-BBQ-for-perplexed-kosher-lakeview-chicago-ILA new Barbecue place has opened in the hip area of Lakeview, Chicago. Milt’s Barbecue for the Perplexed gets its name from the famous text written by Moses Maimonides. The eatery offers all sorts of barbecue goodies like ribs, smoked chicken, fried okra, beef bacon, Romanian hot dogs, and infused bourbon. When you’re in need of a good lunch or a hearty dinner and happen to be in the area of University of Wisconsin, then pop in to Cafe Osher (“Cafe O”) at UW’s Hillel House (UW Hillel, The Barbara Hochberg Center for Jewish Student Life).
